Private Transfer Amalfi Coast to Rome

The longest drive we do, and the one where the transfer matters most

From the coast to Rome by public transport is at least three changes: the bus or ferry to Sorrento or Salerno, the train to Naples or straight to Rome, then another train or a taxi to the airport or the hotel. With suitcases, in summer, it takes the day. The private transfer starts at your door and ends where you need to be, in about three and a half hours on the road, depending on the town you leave from and the traffic.

How it is arranged

Give us your address on the coast, your destination in Rome and the time of your flight or train: we work out when to leave, allowing for the coast road, the motorway and the traffic into Rome. In the morning the driver is at the entrance of your accommodation, or at the nearest point the road reaches if your house is up a flight of steps, and loads the bags. A stop on the way is possible; if you would like to break the trip at Pompeii or in Naples, say so when you ask for the quote and we build it into the plan.

Where we drop you in Rome

At the terminal at Fiumicino or Ciampino, in front of Roma Termini, at your hotel door or any other address. For a flight we leave with a margin for the road, the traffic around Rome and check-in.

Price

Per vehicle, not per person, according to date, time, town of departure and number of passengers; driver, fuel, tolls, taxes and insurance are included. For the quote: pick-up address, destination in Rome, date, time of flight or train, number of people and bags.
